I keep on discussing the importance of a positive customer experience because I believe it is one of the most important aspects of running a company. We need our customer's to keep us in business right?
Recently I designed and ordered business cards from DesignHerGals.com. I believe I have talked about this site before and how they turned a simple concept into a booming print-on-demand business. It targets women of all ages, shapes and sizes and gives them the ability to design their own avatar (graphical representation of a person), save it and then create their own printed piece (such as notepads, business cards, t-shirts) and you can also buy your avatar to attach to e-mails if you so choose.
Within 4 days of me sending in my order I received a package from them with my business cards nicely wrapped in clear acetate with a pink bow and placed in tissue paper - instead of being shrink-wrapped and thrown into a box with plain brown box filler paper. Here they are catering to a demographic that recognizes and appreciates "the little things" - and shows me that they value me as a customer to take the time to add these touches! I immediatley called up a few friends to tell them and here I am blogging about it!
It's the little things that can make a HUGE difference in your business.

Hey, while searching for widgets for my blog, I stumbled upon www.widgetmate.com and wow! I found what I wanted. A cool news widget. My blog is now showing latest news with title, description and images. Took just few minutes to add. Awesome!
